As part of its planned activities, the Balkan Association for Workers’ Sport (BAWS), chaired by the Republic of Serbia and led by President Branko Vujović, held its regular Board of Directors meeting during the 32nd Summer Sport for All Festival in Budva, Montenegro. The meeting took place on September 30, 2023, in the conference hall of the Hotel “Slovenska plaža.”



The following members of the Board of Directors were in attendance: Branko Vujović, President of BAWS and representative of Association Sport for All Serbia, Desislava Yagodinka, Vice President of BAWS and representative of the Bulgarian Worker’s Federation “Sport and Health”, Dragan Ćurlinov, representative of the Macedonian Association “Sport for All Without Borders”, Konstantin Vlasku, representative of the Romanian Federation Sport for All, Gligorije Vojinović, representative of the Montenegrin Association of Sports Recreation “Sport for All” and Dejan Marsenić, Secretary of BAWS.

During the meeting, the Board was briefed on the events held under BAWS’s patronage throughout 2023 and adopted the activity calendar for 2024. Notably, the 8th International Sports Games, organized by the Macedonian Association “Sports for All Without Borders,” was selected as BAWS’s central event for 2024. This event will take place in Greece at the end of May, marking a change in location from previous years.

Additionally, the Board approved several proposals, including the new membership fee structure and the launch of the BAWS website, among other items.
